Service Fees

Every manuscript is different and has widely varying needs. If your project requires an unusual level of work (low or high), we’ll discuss realistic pricing after my initial read.

• Initial 20 minute consultation — free

• Read & Report — 0.3p per word

• Manuscript Mentoring — £50 per hour, by arrangement

• Developmental Edit — 1.7p per word

• Line Edit — 1.5p per word

• Copy Edit — 0.5p per word, as a final proofread for existing clients only

• Querying Report — £300 with other services only

• Additional video chat or phone sessions — £60 per hour

  But nobody is the right match for every book.

  If I read your manuscript and find that I’m unable to take it on, I’ll do my best to recommend someone who will be a better fit.
